Dr. Megan Marco is the Founder and Director of Stonington Natural Health Center.  Dr. Marco became interested in Acupuncture due to her background in psychobiology and the mind-body connection.  After earning her Bachelors Degree in Neuroscience from the prestigious Bowdoin College, she brings her healing expertise to us from the distinguished Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, where after four years of training and internship, she received a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

A native of Mystic, Connecticut, Beth is a Licensed and Accredited Practitioner.  She has received training and attended various workshops nationally and internationally in such areas as Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Deep Tissue Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Nutrition, and Reiki and Reconnective Healing.

Beth lived abroad for 10 years, as Director of a beautiful Retreat Center in Southern Spain.  She has worked with a number of celebrities during her career.

Specializing in Sports Massage and working with chronic pain or injuries, Beth uses deep tissue and trigger point release techniques, stretches, and gentle moves and holds depending on the needs of the client.

Currently a member of the Hands On Trade Association and the World Federation of Healing, Beth is also a Reconnection Healer and Practitioner.

Amanda Bachand studied massage therapy at a number of places including the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and Ridley-Lowell Business Technical Institute, where she received her certificate in 2011. She is Licensed by the state of Connecticut and is Nationally Certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body Workers. She is an active member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Amanda discovered her passion for holistic health care and wellness at an early age through her love of reading. After years of active interest, and an indefinite amount of uncertainty about her future, she took a look at her passions and said "Why can't I do what I love?" so she did! She enrolled in massage therapy school and hasn't looked back since. Through good times and bad, Amanda is endlessly grateful that she gets to work in a field she loves every single day and she is grateful for each and every client that enables her to work with love, trust, and compassion. Lydia Kahn is a native of Washington, D.C. where she lived until her family moved to New Hampshire when she was nine.  She is an alumna of The White Mountain School in Bethlehem, New Hampshire and Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland where she majored in theatre.  Lydia is married to Lt. Jeffery Kahn, USN and has two amazing step-children, Alexis and Haven and the happy owner of two great dogs Lucky and Roscoe.  She has traveled in Europe and the Middle East and enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and playing with her dogs. She is excited to be working at Stonington Natural Health Center because she sees and believes that holistic healing is an important path to wellness that requires more value to be placed on it.
